Lieutenant General Michael D. Dubie's promotion

Major General Michael D. Dubie was promoted to Lieutenant General in a
ceremony hosted by the Chief of the National Guard Bureau General Craig R.
McKinley at the Pentagon Hall of Hero's. Lt. Gen. Dubie is the former Adjutant General of the Vermont National Guard and will assume duties as the New Deputy Commander at United States Northern Command in Colorado Springs where he will replace Army Lt. Gen. Frank Grass who will become the new Chief of the National Guard Bureau in September of this year.

my last promotion was in a combat zone in saigon! the paper work was given to me i didnt actual have the new rank on before i was shipped out! i wasnt even called sargeant until i was out processing!
