I love the United States with all my heart and Id give my life for it... but there’s something about coming home to the philippines. The sights, the sound and the smell seem to be deeply connected into my whole being. Ive lived in so many places here in the states but its only in the philippines where I get to feel that true sense of 🏠 😢

Kumusta! I'm retired USAF ('87-'07), married to a Filipina, and have had many great Filipino friends in my military career (and before) - to include my tech school roommate at Chanute AFB (now closed) a great human being! Funny, we both retired and work for the same company in the defense aeronautics business! I love the Filipino culture, people, and my family visits there! Ingats!!!!
