The thing I love the most about Joe Hisaishi's epic compositions is that they always evoke a feeling of smallness and insignificance contrasted against a massive and mysterious world filled with legends and myths hidden amongst the unexplored lushes of forests down to the unfathomable depths of ancient seas.
The sort of feeling that urges you to venture out and discover the world's secrets while keeping caution to maintain the balance of nature and society.
