Introducing Pathways to Careers

Managed by the Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS), Pathways to Careers connects Virginians with disabilities to meaningful careers and job training programs in high-demand, high-growth industries—all while helping Virginia businesses meet their workforce needs, for today and tomorrow.

The program amplifies DARS’ traditional vocational rehabilitation (VR) services by offering an added layer of supports designed to help individuals find not just a job, but a pathway to a great career with opportunities to earn more and be promoted into new positions.
