I downloaded PostgreSQL 13 instead of 12, so I had to edit my Binary path (File > Preferences > Paths > Binary Paths). Then I put 'C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\13\bin' in the PostgreSQL Binary Path field to make it work. Just a heads up.
