I wouldn't use "The sky is blue" as a truth statement. At night, the sky is black, at certain times, like sunset, the sky is hues of orange, pink or red. Whereas, 2 + 2 = 4 is always true. Although we generally know the sky is blue, we always know 2 + 2 = 4, or 5 + 3 = 8, there's no generalizing there. The former infers too much subjectivity and assumption.

I'd add 'Lions are larger than cats' to the list of propositions in the video whose truth values were incorrectly assigned. To the best of my knowledge, this proposition is not true: there are some cats (eg, some Tigers) which are larger than some lions.
