I know this might sound werid with the new lore, but... JOE CAINE IS THE BOSS. I know about the sponsorship." But here are the reasons why I think this.
1. Joe Caine is the only person not to show his face. He could be hiding his identity.
2. The boss makes reaction videos, who's the only person to make reaction videos in that group, Joe Caine.
3. Joe was the only person to not be cloned. Because Joe had most of the power. And Joe really didn't have a big part in season 1.
4. Joe's random accents could have been glitches or a change into his boss voice.
5. Joe was quite suspicious when giving Bundun the email sounding like he did that on purpose.

Everyone who wants to know: the call was with pear (we know because of Arby’s) they are going to visit the cloning facility, and the podcast was most likely a fake chuckle sandwich invite from the boss (he sent fake sponsorships to Joe and bundun), and Danno wanted to go on chuckle sandwich as said in a previous discord message.
(At time of edit, a short was posted that clearly has a clone danno in it, possibly a result of the sponsorship.)
