If I remember right, didn't the Principal talk smack about Lex? If so, then at this point in time Clark is still at that level where he would get annoyed that ANOTHER person is sh*t-talking his best friend.

It's because while you know you're playing a part in a show, you sorta regress to that teenage mindset, like how you'd react if this guy was talking to you rather than Clark.

i seen the series 1 time about 14 years ago. i hate behind the scenes stuff. of anything. i not a fan of hollywood etc lol

my point. i actually enjoy these 1 hour podcasts rewinds. the 2 actors are just so down to earth. and they talk about things that are relatebale. just simple things. interactions with cast-crew etc. i like that. i can care less about the show. its fake, entertaining sure. but i dont need to talk about it etc because its lol

they talk abot real stuff, real life interactins, lessons etc. i find that cool.

Those facial expressions during conversation scenes were amazing because Clark's supposed to be incredibly quick at thinking / parsing information. He thinks as fast as he can move. So it would be normal for him as a TEENAGER to roll his eyes pretty much constantly at anything anyone says.
