Carpal Spread, Charrette's

Patient: Supine Doctor: holding wrist face down. Doc's thenars on dorsom of wrist with fingers on patients palm. Seg. Contac: Dorsal aspect of proximal carpals. Contact point: Thenar on posterior aspect of carpals. Vector: push anterior to posterior while pulling medial to lateral. Repeat 4 - 5xs
