I needed to hear this. My mother passed last year, my father was in the ICU in January with multiple blood clots, my best childhood friend took his own life. Constantly dealing with financial issues trying to pick between buying groceries or gas. Buying food from the dollar tree to eat off of for the next 4 days. I have to keep reminding myself I'm actually handling it all very well, I'm doing better than I think. I have my health, I'm working and making changes where I can. It just takes time. 🌞☀🌞☀
