Being honest, all the people who show Goku being stronger than Saitama or Saitama being stronger than Goku are those who watched Dragon Ball (DB) and One Punch Man (OPM) from reels. Actually, Saitama and Goku are both EQUAL technically. But in that case, Saitama is stronger physically, Goku is stronger generally. General power is greater than Physical power because the word GENERAL POWER means to be an power mixing all the powers, e.g. Physical, Magical. In that case, Saitama is a type of fictional character who was created JUST for FUN. But in the other hand, Goku is a type of fictional character who was created for a better storyline. So technically, if we see, Goku and Saitama are both equal. One more thing, the AUTHOR of One Punch Man (OPM) has officially stated that Saitama has no limits being a fictional fun character.
