I bought and reviewed the most hated tools ever made. One is as dangerous as it is bad. #toolreviews #dangeroustools #tools

That lever wrench that you bent is not so bad. Takes up almost no space in a small toolbox and does both SAE and metric. Fits in tight places fairly well. When I have to run out to a piece of equipment I usually can at least get the job started with that and don't have to carry out a fistful of wrenches.

I bought one of those hammers when they first came out and the problem is it's made for metric sized nails but the instructions changed it to imperial and that's why it's so picky.

I had 2 roto strippers, one fine and one course. The problem I had with them was rusting. I never had one break off.

I have the bionic wrench now but I've never used it. Was a gift.

Cheers

I can remember getting a double ended multi wrench for Christmas probably 40 years ago.

I have to confess I fell for the advertising of the multi-wrench and purchased the large and smaller versions decades ago. I still have them, but the best thing they are used for is to gather dust.
The roto-stripper is scary.

I like your show. One thing I noticed on the paint stripper thing, the warning was on the BOTTOM of the box.

Loggerhead tools made the original bionic wrench and owned the patent. Sears copied it. Loggerhead sued and won a $6M verdict that was later set aside. Sears went bankrupt so Loggerhead tools has no recourse

That hammer is a crack up. By the time you set it up, and get down to using it. The crew has already gone to and finished lunch. You will miss lunch every single day with this thing.

I love the green US GENERAL tool box tandem backdrop! But I also don't mind this other side of the garage backdrop. Maybe mix it up from time to time 😎

I inherited all those tools from my dad, except the hammer, he didn't have one of those. 😂 The idea behind the wrenches was to save space in a tool box or just assembly tool for sn apartment. The ratchet wrenches suck, especially if the nut or bolt head is thinner, the pin misses altogether.

I didn't think they still made those Roto-Strippers anymore. My father tried one about 45 years ago and he dumped it in the garbage after 10 minutes. Holding on to the wrong end of a chainsaw is safer.

The automatic hammer is frustrating but you have to really be into self-abuse to use the roto stripper tool. No thanks! I have a multi wrench but it hasn’t been used in years. I guess I bought it when I wasn’t sure what bolt size I was working on. I don’t know anything about the Bionic Wrench and I’m a better mechanic for it. Great show, Kubie!

I’ve seen some of these things. Not worth trying most of them. Is]d like to, remind people that wire wheel brushes throw the metal bristles too. I can feel and hear them hitting my welding hood. Dangerous! It can get into your eye and cause major damage and that from the wire wheel bristles. I hate to think of the damage one of these pins could cause. The problem with a number of tools such as these is that the idea of the tool is good. But since these are made for the occasional user, they have to be made cheaply. If they were pro level tools, they would cost at least twice as much and possibly four times as much. Look at some of my favorites from Knipix. They’re extremely expensive, but they’re made very well. If the quality of materials in some of these tools and the precision, was the same, the tools would work a lot better.

Those muli wrenches back in the days they were made in USA were rugged as hell. You just have a cheap china tool and they all suck. Its really not the design of the wrench that sucks...although its not amazing, but If you get an old one made of solid steel it does the job..
