Loving the low prices in Debt Securities and Preferred easy in getting 6%+ in Investment grade stuff.
Even some regional banks in the BB range yielding over 7.5%. I've own VGT since 4/2016 up over 257%. Of course, Richard doesn't tell you he is the former SVP of Great Lakes Credit Union (as well as a former NFL player) with a former salary in banking over $250, 000/yr. Amazing all of these people with fancy cars ALWAYS have a multiple 6 figure salary before they quit there 9-5.

It's difficult to determine whether the stats for employment are correct. Many employers have individuals complete paperwork, hire them, and then the employer never puts the new hires on the schedule. Therefore, while the person is not working, the employer has them on the books as being hired.
