As Mark said at the recent fancon, Jay B and Jinyoung were always the top 2 trainees in JYPE monthly evaluations .

Youngjae was the missing last piece, he came and was already so good, he completed GOT7

Youngjae's an ace. He's a great singer, that's given, but Got7's choreography is on top and he manages to blend with their skills. I know Yugyeom's the main dancer but tbh, ALL seven members are so good that when you try imagine them in another group, they're gonna be the main dancer as well.

Jay B and Jinyoung has the exact same trainee period. They auditioned together (in the same open audition in 2009) they won together (first ever tie in a JYPE audition) debuted together as actors in the same drama (Dream high 2, 2012, Jay B as lead actor, Jinyoung as support actor) and they later, debuted together (again) as JJ Project in 2012, and after that, guess what? They debuted together again! As part of Got7 in 2014.

Mark and Bam were also on Win. They formed a dance team with Yugyeom and Jackson. Bam was complimented by YG and he got to debut earlier (included in GOT7 project team) when he would have been batches with Skz members

yugyeom won 2nd place at a house dance contest and was attending a dance academy run by a dancer who also trained JYPE trainees, who sent YG to audition.

most of the members had dancing backgrounds: jinyoung, jackson, and yugyeom attended dance academies, jaebeom, bambam and yugyeom were members of dance crews. mark and youngjae were school athletes (volleyball, swimming, track: mark, soccer: youngjae)

At first JayB is a BBoy, all he can do just dance. But look at him now, he is a dancer, model, singer, producer, arranger and of course the 6 others too. GOT7 = The All Rounders Group. Thank you JYP for finding them
