I've used this line before and just actually meant it. Some people really are just not compatible. Sometimes you don't need to even read into it more than what it is. Also, if someone says this to you after a few dates or whatever - I would applaud their honesty. Some people will string you along for years if they could. Trust me...you definitely don't want that.
