They did more in the first 10 minutes of their show than most bands do in a whole show.

In my opinion. Rarely in the history of music did three guys of such immense talent get together to form a band. And what a band they gave us. Seemingly endless hours of sometimes ear shattering pleasure.

It's crazy that in a band like this, no one is noticeably better than anyone else. Literally no weak musical link. They're all legends. Rare.

Definitely the cleanest clearest band of all time live they always sounded like in the studio

No backing tracks, no lip syncing, no bs. Just pure music from 3 extraordinarily talented guys.

Alex is SO UNDERRATED. There is literally nobody else that you can say plays the way he does. Half the time, you don't even realize the sound is coming from a guitar.

Neil Peart was the quintessential drummer. Geddy Lee was the multi talented multi tasker who’s vocals were lights out. And Alex Lifeson was a pure guitarist and presence on the stage. One incredible band.

What I most admire about them, not only did they sound incredibly good live, but they played music that made sense to them and their fans. They did it their way and didn't cave in and sell out.

The multitasking talents of Rush are so impressive! They're doing a concert and their laundry at the same time. 🙂

3 virtuosos together making magical music, each person at the top of their musical peers, clean, tight, never ever a shortcut or sloppy licks in any of the 5 live shows Ive witnessed. Rush was the benchmark for a live musical performance that ALL bands, any genre, will have to follow. God rest Neil, the maestro of the skins for all time.
