I've been dying to do a video like this forever. Captain Marvel is on everybody's lips as the movie is set to be out on March 8 2019! Brie Larson trained for 9 months to be Captain Marvel. Here i've taken 8 of her Hardest workout moves according to this website and turned it into a workout of my own, which anyone can try. Thank you so much for watching, enjoy the movie and my version of the Captain Marvel workout. Full workout is here:

A1 - Hip Thrust - 6-8
A2 - Chin Ups - 6- 8

A2 - Walking Lunges 8-10
A3 - Pushup Ups 8-10

C1 - Ab Ball Throw 12
C2 - Screw Driver 12
C3 - Rope / Sledgehammer -30sec

Bonus Move
Car Push - AMSAP

Start doing L sits ....with leg raises....or hanging leg raises...Don't waste time on pushing vehicles....
