Its possible Time is not a high or low frequency and is in fact a static wave with no oscillations of any kind.. If this is the case then it is possible although frequency cannot alter a static wave it can instead alter your position in regards to that standing wave. (INSANE)

Making the anti matter detectable to us only detectable to us because we are its inverse signal and to see the anti matter we see you would have to enter our dimensional wave .
