Great video I am returning to workforce, career pivot. I am planning to enroll in graduate school to obtain master of science in human resource management. I have to pick an area of concentration between diversity and inclusion management, people analytics, and talent management. My long term goal is I believe I would enjoy HRIS, benefits manager/specialist or risk management &compliance. I have worked with data but on the educational side. I was thinking of adding strategic business analytics certification along with masters degree. The certification is 15 hrs and 3 of the classes are included in the HR People Analytics program of study. Which career path should I choose? Also should I consider a Juris Doctor or additional law classes?
