About the event
Everyone is unique with their own voice, journey, and stories. Leaders and people managers have the responsibility to engage, support, and enable their people to perform to the best of their ability. This is critical to employee wellbeing, creativity, and organisational advancement.

But how many times have we felt that our views were not sought, welcomed or heard? Or that it was unsafe to take calculated risks that we were perfectly capable of executing? How about the feeling that there are aspects of who we are that we have to modify to fit in with the status quo? When voices are muted, creative problem solving undermined, and teams not functioning at their full potential, there will be significant consequences for the organisation.

This event offers practical insight into what a safe and inclusive workplace feels like; along with a focus on how to create a thriving environment for employees that will lead to sustainable business impact.
