Founder Introduction

Meet Danelle Pinder, the founder of Excellence & Ambition Inc (E&A). We are a 501 C3 non-profit organization that provides opportunities for youth age 14-21 to start and maintain viable business ventures. While being a part of our 7 week program our participants develop skills in professionalism, experience in business development, and learn skills specific to their chosen career goals.
