Best video ever lol I was baffled trying to do this at work for one of my customers, I had a feeling it came right off but I didn’t wanna break anything

Every other video I watched said "just pop out the old one." That thing didn't want to pop out. The screwdriver was the way to go. Thank you!

OE blade needs to slide to the side to release and then pop out. Aftermarket replacement blades just pop straight down (in) or out (towards hatch)

Don't do this if you have a 2015 Ford Explorer Sport, I don't know what's different but if you try to pry the wiper blade out you'll just crack the mount. Apparently you're supposed to pull real hard towards the passenger side to release the blade instead, I found that out after following this video and cracking my mount.

OEM blade won't pry down. It needs to slide back a little then down. After market blades will snap in and out like this video. Just an FYI to anyone tackling this at home.

Bruh why didn’t I just watch this video? I tried unscrewing the whole system thinking it had some weird mechanism to replace the rear windshield wiper like the jeep where you pop the rotating plastic piece off then lift up the rotating plastic piece then the wiper and then turn and yank the wiper off.

Don’t pry down until you push it towards the motor end

Score one for the Ole pocket screw driver 😂

This is wrong. The blade needs to slide first or it breaks the pins out of the arm.

Terrible video. Do not use a screw driver to Pry anything. You break the wiper blade or mount. It's a hook mount. Push or pull horizontally to the driver or passenger side to unlock hook.
