Absolutely excellent and such an incredible explanation. So true- I know him and his energy but thought he was better than the behaviour he exhibited. My mind wasn’t open as to who gets was, despite saying I don’t, I clearly think others will do what I would. Big mistake. He seemed to have so many good points! I put lots of energy and emotion into everything.

Definitely resonates. I am also learning how damaging my mind is and creating scenarios of things I don't know are true or always assuming the worst. I keep finding new things to pick apart. I have trust and abandonment issues. I've self sabotaged a lot in this relationship, even though the guy has 90-95% shown good and done his best to be supportive. But I still fear he's lying or pulling away. I know I have to stop putting him on a pedestal and focus on myself. It's just my ego and trauma that are in the way.

This is actually insane. I took a 2 month break with my long distance boyfriend. We both had things going on. We were together 3 king years with such a deep unbreakable connection. After reappearing to trying to work things out, I find out he’s in a new long distance relationship, yet he wasn’t working on himself. I feel betrayed. Also it’s weird, he says “I still love you but it’s not our right time. Plus I want to meet her, and she needs more so much. She’s going through things. “ Yet he know I was challenging lots of things in my life….weird. I even cried to him and begged. Very heartbroken.
