Like this Kevin aka Peloton Pete aka ADA DGAF Adam harassing this handicapped man on his electric bike equipment designed for disabled people.

Of course Ken here doesn’t care about his disability and starts bringing up the rules and restrictions for the trails.

These people are obviously not to bright. They deserve each other. They'll make each other very unhappy I'm sure. To the disabled Rider, you have a great time it's awesome you can still get out there with this equipment.

We all make mistakes in life, but what really counts is what we do _after_ the mistake.
This guy made the mistake of calling out someone for using an E-bike without realising he was actually handicapped.
Most people upon learning the truth would simply apologize for jumping to the wrong conclusion… but some people get so embarrassed that their natural instinct is to double down, because they simply can’t admit that they’re wrong.

You can hear the guy say to his wife "He DID lead with that" and then he continues after being called a class act. Alot of trails are being updated to reflect the acceptance of handicap devices that meet certain requirements and it's generally just left to use common sense until signs are updated. So it's either put pride aside and use common sense or demand tax payers pay for a sign replacement. Stupidity does have a cost.

This is very common...my wife suffered a stroke and can't move half her body, needless to say we use the handicap parking spaces so i can unload her wheelchair and help her into it and also back into the car. The amount of people who use this space with no need for it and no placard would shock worse is if you say anything they get aggressive, rude, and often violent. America is literally rotting from the inside with self righteous egocentric people who are just siting around for things to be upset about, even if they are 100% in the wrong.

You can tell when he said it's for mobility and he couldn't walk, the two were immediately embarrassed. But too prideful to apologize or be accountable for their mistake by being wrongly confrontational. I imagine they were able to rationalize it in their ego minds. But the bummer thing is if I were the guy behind the camera. What should have been a pleasant outing would definitely have been distracting after because the sheer audacity. I would have been mad for a better portion of the day after.

Even after admitting that he realized that it wasn't an e-bike, but a handicap bike, he still blamed the dude for having e-bikes on the trail. Dude just didn't want to admit he was wrong, when it was clear to everyone that he knew he was wrong.

Even if electric bikes are not normally permitted on the trail, exceptions are made for disabled people, because for one, they can't ****ing walk, and two, they are protected class under the law. You cannot be denied for the equipment that you must use to get around. The same issue happens very often with service animals. A lot of disabled people get harassed for bringing their service dogs into areas that normally do not allow pets, but by law, service animals have to be permitted to enter. Parks, restaurants, stores, and other public spaces are not above the law.

Here’s hoping that the names of Mr. and Mrs. Karen are made PUBLIC so that their families, friends, co-workers, and bosses can see this couple’s pettiness and cruelty!!! She ACTUALLY said, “You should have led with that” to an obviously disabled rider??? REALLY???
