First, before I forget, the audio is waayyy too low on this video. To hear it even quietly, I had to turn up my audio so much that, when an advertisement would kick-in, the volume was "blasting". A good audio range (for any video) is generally above -12db w/a preferred max-peak at -6db. OK, moving on...

Although I have plenty of descriptive information on my resume which highlights them, it never occurred to me that I should "bullet point" them specifically:

It’s like you did everything in the IT world an Cybersecurity! It’s a bit overwhelming to here or have so many options when you have 0 zero experience or any knowledge! But I’m learning now in Qualys an I swear I don’t know anything but I’m taking notes an still moving to the next section! To answer your questions at the end of the video:

No, nobody told me I had to have them. I assumed I had to have certs and a bachelor degree and existing experience in a security role because that’s what I see on job listings as requirements. Minimum of X years in a security role, bachelor degree required, sometimes a list of specific certs, and security clearance already obtained.

Your videos really make it seem possible and I’m re-doing my resume right now.

I’m glad you have mentioned those key aspects. Qualys offers so many skills that unless frequently reviewed may seem challenging to remember their priority. I must say that the Qualys certification program teachings align with my cybersecurity and CISSP classes. So I’m frequently reviewing similar tasks and procedures to deter vulnerabilities and manage IT. Thanks for the advice!
