About two weeks ago I stumbled upon your videos and been absolutely loving your sequences!! Maybe you could include a minute for just breathing and getting settled in at the beginning, at least I always need that. Of yourself I can breath on my own, I just feel like it changes the atmosphere a lot when you take a moment to be silent „together“ . Again thank you, you are amazing! Lots of love ❤

I did this session coming back from severe migraine, with just my usual headache.
It was just right - deep stretches with a bit of flow yet not pulsating or sweaty.
I thought this was good for pain or pain recovery days.
