So glad to see this snack getting the popularity it deserves! I grew up eating a similar version in Vietnam. It was called sữa tươi chiên, which literally translates to "fried milk". It was creamy and crunchy as a perfect little bite. A little warning is that you have to let it cool a bit, otherwise the milk pudding inside is gonna hot haha
