Not seeing the phonetic notations from the video as text in the notes, here's a stab at presenting them:
/ɑn tʃɹə pɹə ˈnɚ/
/ɑn tʃɹə pɹə ˈnuɚ/
(With thx to Lexilogos for the IPA keyboard)

Thank you for the great instruction! I'm a bit curious about the combination of "R + /ə/". Since R produces /ə/ quality, when /ə/ or /ər/ comes after it, there should be two /ə/ quality sounds coming together. For example, /trə/ and /prə/ in this word. Is it because of the fast linking so we don't hear the /ə/ quality in R? However, in words such as comparison /kəmˈpær·ə·sən/, mascara /mæsˈkær·ə/, mirror /ˈmɪr·ər/, I only hear the /ə/ sound, too. Does the /ə/ quality sound in R get cancelled out when linking? Thanks!

I was thinking of asking you your thoughts about "entrepreneur", but for a different reason: it is a word that has a difficult "r" in it that usually is dropped. "Surprise" and "February" are two more. I wonder if there is a complete list.
