Fluffy Kitten Rescued from huge tree

This big ball of fluff was rescued a couple of days ago after spending over a week in a fir tree. The people from the neighborhood had periodically been hearing her cries but had no idea she was in the tree. Some folks thought she was under one of the houses, while others thought the meows were coming from the bushes. Someone finally spotted her at night with a flashlight.
During the setup the throw line scared her and climbed up another 20 feet, but then patiently waited. Once I got in the tree it was clear by all the tufts of fur everywhere that she had climbed all over that tree.
She was very happy to see someone approaching and couldn't wait to get some loves. We hung out for a few minutes before heading back down. Once back on the ground she was scanned for a microchip, which she didn't have, and then taken to a safe place for some food and water.
The people who called are presently caring for her while they try to locate her owners.
