Note the different word usage. Flame is not Fire.
That is in part why Flame Hashira Rengoku did not know of the Fire Kaguya dance style that Tanjiro is asking about.
I won't say more; I questioned the differing word usage before the true reveal. I will leave the info learned for the anime/manga to explain to people.
