Over staying your visa is a crime, we do not have an asylum system, we offer asylum under certain conditions but not to every person that comes to our border illegally.

The Democrat plan has always been to make the problem so bad that there is only 2 options. Major amnesty programs or a huge law enforcement initiative to cause a human rights disaster and they should be held accountable for the untenable situation they have allowed to happen through inaction and a refusal to uphold the rule of law. What I find to be a hilarious double standard is the POTUS is right now considering a push to enact portions of the 14th amendment which forces Congress to honor debts of the previous congress, but they refuse to uphold the laws of the previous congress. What a joke you people are to the average American. Nothing but children with too much power.
