DEEP FRIED ICE CREAM??

Our version of a Chinese classic; deep fried ice cream balls filled with ‘dan ta’ (egg custard tart with flaky pastry) gelato, on a pillowy bed of mango pudding and passionfruit caramel.

Ohhh that's a great idea to mush the bread (with egg I assume?) into a dough like consistency and wrap the ice cream. I usually round off the ice cream with two pieces of bread, freeze and deep fry it. Thank you for the idea! :)
