Vauxhall Corsa-e EV And A Puddle, What Could Go Wrong?

This is a short video of me going though a puddle in my Vauxhall Corsa-e EV. and it didn't go well. After getting over half way through the puddle, I get a warning on the dash, 'Gearbox fault' and then moments later, a 'Traction fault'. The car continued to drive fine but the warnings kept coming on intermittently. I was able to drive home too but when I got home, won't charge and won't go into gear. It's being classed as water damage and so they won't repair under warranty and at the time of uploading the video, they don't know what is wrong with the car.
