I had no idea how much of our culture came from Greek culture. Theaters, thought, even sports! It’s sad to see how the public school system had put all of this in their curriculum. I never considered how Torah never speaks of these things. The Israelites didn’t play sports or have schools. Makes me not want to be part of the school system 😱

So an open-minded program of Hellenization was eventually replaced with a narrow-minded monotheistic world view.

Some of the ancient Israelites invented what we call Hellenism today. Ezekiel chapter 16 gives us this understanding. The tribe of Ephraim and Dan were bad in the worship of human statues.

Greek didn't influenced Sanskrit, infact Sanskrit influenced Greek.
