Which fathwr wants his kid to be poor? Our father doesn't want us to worry about the bills etc... i was so broke and hopeless when I started to pray to the Lord to give me a good job that I love and I can pay the bills. GOD gave me the pwrfect job. I love to do it and very well financially. God wants us to be rich and he wants us to love him, and have true relationship with him.. Christianity doesnt mean you have to be poor....

I love God! But there are times that i get angry and i cry cuz i cant get ahead. I trust in God for everything but i still doubt. We live in a terrible house, in an area that is so expensive, that i cant save anything to be able to move. I feel trapped, an alone at times. But I remember that God didnt say he would remove the storm, just that he would be with us through it. That we are not here for fancy houses, nice cars and be comfortable. We are here to praise God. Live for Jesus. We are not to store up our treasures here on earth. We are to store up our treasures in heaven. So even though my and my childrens lives are very hard, I know that this is where God wants me. For I know, Just as He knows, that if I were wealthy, i would do nothing more that be tempted and buy all those fancy things and forget to be humble before God. I identify with Martha from the bible, when she complains to Jesus that Mary wasnt helping her to clean and cook, that Mary had left all the work to her. Jesus told her that those things were not as important as listening to Him. I do the same thing. So I know me just as He does. We forget WHO is important. Media tells us we, ourselves are important. Its a lie. Its selfish and distracted thinking. All Glory to You my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. And thank you Lord that you remind me to be humble. Thank you for keeping me poor. For if you did not, Smh i have no idea where i would be spiritually, which is more important than physically.

If someone who calls themselves a Christian but is not totally-committed to obeying God in all things He wants you to do, then they shouldn't be called Christian. True Christians are Christ followers in all things. So NO,
Christians aren't necessarily poor. If they do it God's way always, He will meet every need, plus.
I am an example. I think true Christians are rare. God's Word says, "Few there be who will enter in."

My beloved brethren thy lord provides health mental physical and spiritual and a renewal of a consciousness mind not material wealth . To be able to continue the journey in life with serenity and love unconditionally not expecting for what I do for others. Every time I hear stories like this, they all sound alike. Maybe it's because like all those celebrities you used the word and the lord's name in vain amen to christ and our father up in heaven.

Many of the people in life who also got their riches? Got their riches in fraudulent or morally corrupt ways, & also through the exploitation of the labor of others. That's another reason why some, maybe not all. But some rich people didn't end up in heaven in that vision.

Stop trying to promote false news. All true wealth comes from God, God is the source of everything. Being a true Christian does not mean you have to be poor. Our body is in a fallen state thus it need to be sustained by physical foods, shelter or clothing. Being rich or having some form of material goods that can sustain the body is not sin nor does it make you a false Christian, it's the love of those things that is sin, possessing them is not a sin. Study people like Job from the Bible, was he poor, ? No he was not, in fact he was rich yet he heard the voice of God and talked with Him. Poverty comes from the devil not God read Proverbs 10:22 in the Holy Bible.

He became poor so we could be rich in every way bcz He came to give life & life abundantly. The church would love for you to think poverty is holiness so they can live n luxury. The seed money they take from you is suppose to go to the poor not them. Read your Word or be ignorant.
