Good content, but the winning combination, or key to success, is to give your viewers the thing they want to see. Being a YouTuber is business, and business owners give people products/services that people need in their life. It's practically the same. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of Famester to help) will always pay off at the end.
