I found out for the Kai training that if you use the lvl 5 meal and you using Goku, use the ultimate spirit bomb 2 times as soon as it starts (naturally got SSJ god of course) then use ultimate consecutive energy blast after, once whis eats the sweet and surges, use the limit breaker kamahamea, and he’ll down in 35-45sec every time, if in the down fall you can’t no worries because by the time he surges it’ll be around 25-33sec and you’ll still have plenty of time to knock him out

I think for one of the Super Level Training with Whis, if you have Vegeta's God Heat Flash, and you have maxed out Combos on the Skill Tree, you can block break Whis, then activate Surge, then spam God Heat Flash and it'll kill Whis in one to three blasts, although it's very hard to pull off so you have to be very quick.

Heres a tip for god tier whis training level . To kill under a min I smash him with auto attacks until he is broken the n quickly go super saiyan god then surge mode while he still stunned and then do one ultimate spirit bomb.. usually kills 1 shot. Was leveling up and getting the items fast every minute
