For those who don't know... "TOTP" stands for TOP OF THE POPS - a popular music show on TV in the United Kingdom.

Every Friday they had performances from acts that were in the charts - and in particular the Number One song would be performed.
This performance by Beyoncé was in honour of "Crazy In Love" debuting at Number One in the UK that week.
She also had the Number One album.
