I easily go through a block of butter per week, not including ghee. -with the added caveat of absolutely no starch or sweet.

I've been in ketosis for years.
...never going back to the way I felt on what I thought was a conventionally "healthy" diet.

I just want to know when we disban the FDA and come up with a whole new department? I dont think FDA can be fixed, amd needs to be done away with.

Can tolerate butter better than meat fat. It’s the majority of my fat intake. Grew up being made to eat margarine.

This is why it is so confusing to get nutrition information from YT. Many people will hear/read that butter is healthy so will just start putting more on their bread! They may also use more spreadable butter, thinking it's the same thing! Also, calories are still calories and butter is around 600kcal per 100g!

I respect what she says but it sounds like she’s just trying to sell her supplement, of course her fat she sells is better uptaken in isolation instead of just eating butter, I’ll just eat butter and cheese
