Meatloaf is my favorite food. So this looks yummy 😋 especially with the garlic mashed potatoes on the side.

Went here this past summer. Can confirm this sauce is out of this world. I didn't have the meatloaf, but the BBQ there was excellent. We went the first week of June before most schools got out and there was still an hour wait. Can imagine it's even worse in peak season but well worth the wait. If you're in and around Lincoln north conway area it's worth checking out for sure

I AM SEARCHING FOR THE ULTIMATE MEATLOAF RECIPE 😋.

I have tried to find one that IS similar OR even better than My Mother's ( She wouldn't object). My Mother didn't write Her Recipe down and I have been trying to duplicate it FOR YEARS with zero results. If Your Mother (or Father) was a Great Cook like Mine(Southern Cooking Y'all), She seldom EVER measured!

I'm going to try this recipe but on a smaller scale of course.

If ANYONE has a Great Meatloaf Recipe, I would really like to know it if You don't mind sharing.

FYI for all those that have children who complains that they don't like onions, just grate them into your recipe whether baked, boiled or fried. They won't know any different.
