HOW TO GET OVERLAYS ON CONSOLE STREAM | 2020 XBOX & PS4 WITHOUT OBS OR STREAMLABS

This program is kinda confusing but works really well. This video isn't my best work but i tried to give a simple breakdown on how to get overlays on your ps4 and xbox streams. You don't need obs or streamlabs so i hope this helps you crappy computer bots like me.

Great video. Very clear instructions. A couple of things to note:

1. Overlays only show on desktop browsers not mobile apps or TV apps such as Chromecast with google TV.

2. Overlays only show for live viewers. VOD content does not show overlays.

I created an overlay and saved it and when I was streaming it showed up on my end, but when I watch my stream as a viewer it does not show my overlay... Has anyone else had this issue?

just for reference 1000 ms is = to 1 second, that timer is how long the viewer has been watching your stream if your want how long your stream has been live make sure to select the timer with the little twitch logo beside it, donation alerts an stuff will be coming with the streamlabs integration

The only issue I had with overlay expert is that if you want sounds to play, the viewer has to manually put the volume up for the extension for themselves. But to have things on screen at least is good to have
