Agreed. Like so many things BCAAs are useless if you eat right. Ginseng can be good as part of a pre-workout. I like honest/critical videos like this.

I won't do melatonin, makes me have really weird vivid dreams so I don't get a restful sleep. Trying lemon balm now, seems to work ok but also having weird dreams ( not as vivid ).

I'd have to disagree with the very 1st. I drink potent coffee which gives me a boat load of energy with some anxiety. I like having this much of an effect from caffein and the L-theanine is godsend. It definitely allows me to have the major effects from caffein without the side effects. I highly recommend you increase your caffeine dosage.

I've definitely noticed a decrease in anxiety since I've started using BCAA right after my workout. I had no idea it did that, but I definitely notice the effect and like it. Great video bro thanks!

I tried L theanine i didnot notice any effect although i tried very large dose like 1-2 g. Should i buy it again and try it with coffe or caffeine?

thanks for the input I take lemon balm too but not the extract helps with my anxiety during the day though along with velvet beans and all kind of other supplements.

I removed Phenibut from my collection of Noots! It is good for the day you take, or for the night sleep. But, the next day or two, there is a withdrawal effect, and you are in a low energy zone. Not worth it!

I tried phenibut once at 750mg gave me the wrost anxiety and irritation after it wore off and lions mane took away my mental fog but the lowering DHT levels is a deal breaker i like working out dont want to loose my progress and the dreams were very vivid it felt real i woke up surprised it wasnt real the dreams were more vivid than melatonin

Could have been a coincidence but when I was first taking L-theanine I had taken 150 mg one day and then 300 mg the next day and the day after that I was going to do my strength training noticed I was SIGNIFICANTLY weaker. I have coc grippers and at the time I was doing #1.5 x 4 but after the two days of L-theanine couldn’t even budge it on the first rep. I guess it makes sense as L-theanine increases GABA which is inhibitory but was weird and haven’t seen anyone else talk about it.

For me I find that lemon balm works stronger as a tea, than a capsule.
