The current weights on the cs:go market mean that we will not be seeing the high price valuations on items and inventories in any short or medium term future like we saw throughout late 2022 and early 2023. The high of the CS2 hype has come and gone, and not even the release of CS2 is going to bring back the value of items to what they were prior to the Paris release. The good news is that your buying power for buying and selling most cs:go items is still likely the same, because everyone's inventory shrunk in value equally and quickly. Knives, gloves, agents, stickers from 2018 or older, etc. usually hold their value the best in times like these, so buying power for these areas has been reduced for most people.
