Well done Darren, you make it look too easy. I know it is a tough job measuring cutting laying … Tyles does not pardon any slight imperfections, as they will show forever, and really hard to fix once all dry.👌

Any advise please had a new bathroom fitted and a 6 meter extention downstairs and 3 meter extension upstairs. everytime we open the hot water mixer tap in the bathroom directly downstairs from the ceiling we can here a tik tik noise. This happens even if we open the bath hot tap or the shower mixer. Cud this mean a copper pipe is loose?

I see this happens in the future, a big scratch on a tile.
Never use a metal stick on a tile. You'd better use a wooden or a plastic stick. (if you don't believe me, watch at home In a mug where someone stirred sugar in thee.).

morning darren. have you ever thought of tiling floor 100 % before you install kitchen.there are many benefits, quicker,less cutting, and if there are any leaks inf uture it prevents pools of water collecting.great work as usual.well done mate.
