10 items, 10+ outfits | summer 10x10 capsule wardrobe challenge

For today's video I'm teaming up with @LaurenWMcKinney to do a summer 10x10 capsule wardrobe challenge! We will each be picking 10 items from our summer wardrobe and remixing them into 10 different outfits. I hope this inspires you to play around with your own wardrobe and come up with some new outfits for summer.

I absolutely loved you in the black on black wide leg pants &black tank, the #13 tan pants w black crop, and the jeans shorts with the black tee. The tunic is super cute but might be ever so slightly too short to wear as a dress…but perfect as a swim cover-up, when it is ok to go a bit shorter. Thank you for sharing the inspiration. It makes me want to pull out my sewing machine and make some wide leg trousers.

Great selection of wearable items, especially the pants and shorts you made. Not sure if you've done this, but when leaving a hem raw it's a good idea to sew a line of straight stitching a few millimetres from the raw edge to prevent the hem from continuing to fray higher up the leg every time you wear or wash them.

Another great video, thank you. I’m surprised that I really liked the tunic and linen pant outfit. Both are a wide silhouette but they both had lovely movement. It looks casual, coolgirl! I also really like your black cropped wide-leg pants on you. They fit you so well and the drape is great (darn you, polyester!)

I resonate so much with your videos and style! I though the only way to look as a "minimalist" was to wear those clothes I look on pinterest like blazer, blouses and trourses and I always ended up buying things I would never wear until I heard you saying that was not your style and that it was okay to feel more comfortable wearing just jeans, T shirt and comfy clothes. Overall I look to build a funtional wardrove for all ocassions but cosidering more my lifestyle and true personal style. :)

Love the linen shorts, I usually wear Bermuda shorts ( to many veins on my legs to wear anything shorter ) but I have chino Bermuda shorts I love from JCrew and two pairs of denim Bermuda shorts from Old Navy ! Loved the stripe tshirt and black pants ! But every outfit was cute and comfy ! Thanks 😎
