The best way to do it is just wait. Let somebody buy it not ride it. I just did the same thing bought a 2023 with 2500 miles black for $16, 000 It’s a lot of bike for that money. For anybody that says I stole the bike that’s all the money. The banks are willing to loan on that exact bike if dealers have that bike that’s all they’re asking for it. The people that own these Harleys trying to sell them use need to get a clue your bikes are not worth what you think.

Some great upgrades you spotted. I know when i test rode one a few years ago i was impressed by the power of the stock one so i can't only imagine what the high output feels like. I also agree you don't me no 2nd grade brand especially when it comes to brakes on a motorcycle. Give me Brembo or wilwood or some other big name as I wanna have that confidence. And it's almost like you seen a video i recently recorded(unedited) where i talk about how in order to make a motorcycle your own you have to customize it with some type of accessories. .

That pic at 8 minutes shows a taller bag. Compare it to pics of previous models.Compare it to the 2024 at 8:40, it’s obviously bigger!

The center cooled m8s are FANTASTIC
the new head design is out of this world
Almost no need for head work bc of how much more air they flow and they come with valve springs that will take a .550 lift cam with no upgrades needed (I think 550 maybe it’s .540 but still!)

Surprised it took this long for a 2-1 from the factory on m8s considering m8s need a 2-1 to perform well.. for the most part.
For the baggers .. Kromewerks makes a 2-2 that does well and there’s that freedom sharp radius 2-2 for the softails that perform very well
There is an interconnect between both pipes on both of these to help with reversion and scavenging.

I agree with the colors that are coming out for 2025. I can tell you this. The bags are going to be even on both side. Since they went a 2-1 exhaust. Along with the same gauge up top. Different hand switches with possible ride modes. Oh one more thing. The option of chrome engine trim. Just wait….the blue one.

Prediction: They'll axe the Standard and the 107.Leave the SB at the 114 with updated controls, gauge (MAYBE), same for the FB plus LED lights or sum shii. Throw the 117 High Output in the Breakout with the updates including LED lighting, and give the heritage all of the upgrades with a 114 and make it 24k.

From the rider shots and angles I’ve seen it doesn’t look like it’s water cooled. I can’t see the left side bottle at all. Hope I’m wrong on that one though

I have a 23 ST that I built a 131, the heat from the engine is incredible in town during the summer vs Stock . So the new water cooled additions will help. I would prefer the gauges of the S and the Horn from the Vespa Scooter. I also own a 22 Nighster, and 24 Road Glide so I’m not a Harley Hater

I'm hearing about a 2k price increase. I think Harley figures at this point the only people left buying their junk are going to continue to buy it at any price. My local Harley dealer still has at least one brand new 2022 model in stock, quite a few 2023's and lots of 2024's.

i agree with other people, the bags look wider to be able to put more stuff in them....I bet with those switch housings you might get a rain mode and sport mode....

I do agree the colors are dope this year! I wish they would do the top-loading bags on the ST like they do on the Heritage, the side-loading bags would drive me insane. Going two into one exhaust also gives them extra space. My only gripe on the ST is I hate that little digital display, I wish they would put the digital gauge like the Sportster S had on the Low Rider S and ST. I love what Indian did on the Scout and Chiefs with the Digital Display.

Hi output.. probably the same motor that goes in the Breakout.. which I believe..was with a slightly better performing cam. Which still isn't what the aftermarket sells.
