...One thought is that ...if hydrogen cells or fuel is introduced ..why not use the water in the upper atmosphere or clouds....as they are already much refined and purified as a fuel source and mix it with rapid generation of hydrogen and pass it through sub ramjet style fuel injection and burning systems for efficiency and super long range. ...I love this stuff.

Government should NOT pay to develop commercial jets for private companies. LET THEM DO IT THEMSELVES. OR give USA GOVT half of the profit.
At the very least, they should need to pay back $300 million on the $235 million multi-year loan.
Should not be Public investment for Private profit.
