Underworld Diary was made to discuss some of the stories in organized crime that were of interest to me. Trying to tell these stories in an exciting and informative way, each episode is extensively researched. However, due to the nature of these videos and the timeline of some of these stories, information often comes from secondary and tertiary sources, or from testimony from people who can benefit from being untruthful. This can result in information varying depending on the source you hear it from. So if you are interested in where the facts and details from these stories are coming from, some of the sources used will be linked below. Feel free to click on them and read them yourself if you are curious about any details or want more information.

ONE CORRECTION:
Anthony ‘TonyZ’ Zerilli and Michael ‘ Big Mike’ Polizzi got busted in Vegas in the late 1960s due to the fact that Johnny Roselli introduced them to undercover FBI agents bringing heat on both Chicago in Detroit in Vegas and forced the hidden ownership sale of The Frontier hotel and casino for the Partnership.
Roselli lost his position as overseer or Chicago Boss of Vegas and that’s when the ‘Ant’ was put out in Vegas instead.. the only reason Roselli survived is because he was in the Giancana camp and Momo protected him as long as he possibly could from Accardo and Ricca due to the fact that they were dear friends with Joseph ‘JoeUno’ Zerilli.
Zerilli was released from federal prison right around the time. Roselli was murdered. It wasn’t until the early 90s when he was pinched again this time for talking in a bugged car, which implicated Jack Tocco and 17 others.
