On paper this rule is implemented but in reality many people get third party allotment in Doms and Shelter 🙄

Third party se kahi bar allotment mil jata hai but 3rd party avoid karna hi better hai kyu ki bohot cases mei nahi hota hai pehli hi reject ho jata hai....it's totally depends on registrar
