This is the first rv, trailer i have ever seen with a half bath. At age 70 this is a necessity. Beautiful rv trailer! Thank you for sharing.

I have that same LG fridge. Compressor died 4 years after buying it. I think LG was sued over the compressor failures and redesigned them.

fireplace needs to be where you can see it in front! I agree with you. putting it there is poorly planned

This is awesome!! I can picture this sitting a little bit back away from a beautiful lake somewhere, a dock with a little boat tied to it and a couple of jet skis 😂! Ok I got a little too carried away, but doesn’t that sound awesome?😊

Nice unit. Good call on adding the half bath. I think every RV manufacturer should hire you for an honest assessment of their unit because you have a great sense of how the layout should be. Example is the fireplace on the side of the bed instead of in front as you mentioned.

Honestly the half bath seems like a miss. They need to make the access from the master bedroom and put all the closet/drawer storage from the bedroom inside the half bath. If I’m coming out of the master to use the restroom (or a kid coming down from the loft), the difference between using the half bath or the bathroom at the back is 4 seconds of walking. Give us parents a private (half) bath and this layout would be a win.

Wow! Love all the windows. That is the most favorite part! Just love how tall the interior is. The kitchen is so nice. Love the bath room. That is most bigist bathroom in a Rv. The living room is so big. The lofts are nice. I am surprised how tall the loftes are. The bedroom is nice. Like the colors. Love this one. Thank you JD

Love this tour. Love the door style and new cabinet wood style. The flooring and backsplash are much nicer too. Definitely considering one of these for our family of 8.

Looks cool and makes me want to go land shopping. A bit of Google-fu has the MSRP at $103, 994 with dealer prices in the mid-$70K range.

They may have pioneered the spiral staircase, but you pioneered forgetting to show us the loft at the top of it. 😊

Nice unit but I hate the color of the blinds and the wood trim pieces.

If the long-term goal is to never ever move it once it is in place, then it would seem more economical to get a small mobile-home. But if you own a large heavy-duty truck and can afford to take a month long vacation each year, then maybe this might be a solution if it fits your needs. But I would say that if you plan to move it twice per year, your better off with a large fifth-wheel. One perk to having it permanent is once you decide to sell it, it should easily sell if it is still in good condition. Whereas, you might have trouble selling a moibile-home or tiny-home or fifth-wheel. I am certain that if you set it up on your own property, you are going to want to build a large
wooden-deck, a pole-barn over it, and a large shed to put all your toys and tools. Once you start making it more permanent, you would
then want a garage and other stuff just like all the YouTubers who claim to live off the grid.

There where good improvements for 2024/2025
3rd axle
1/2 bath
lighting ( inside and out ).

I almost bought one but concern was wood framing since I'm in high wind zone 2 only 20 minutes from Mytrle Beach.
Another upgrade should be ditch the furance and put 2 heat pumps since this is not a true 4 season unit with only single pane windows the heat pump would be plenty .
The larger Hampton trailers are better quality build and aluminum contruction but you lose the 1/2 bath .
I'm leaning more going with going single wide or end loader double wide which have come along way nothing like just 10 years ago

This is a very nice trailer and if I had some land I’d seriously consider this, but there are some issues that might steer me away. First of all, I think the bedroom cabinets look cheap, like vinyl wrap, at least on video. I agree with you the fireplace would be better at the end of the bed. The apron front on the cabinet in the 1/2 bath should have been lower to hide the plumbing, but perhaps that’s just me. The front room and sofa is nice, but hope the sectional makes into a bed. I don’t like that the main bath is on the opposite side of the bedroom, but it is what it is. Overall though, like I said, it’s a nice unit.

Those sinks are cool, but way overrated! I’d rather have a large single basin sink.
